Our Fees
Our contingent fee is equal to 25% of the amount received for back pay (the amount due to you for retroactive benefits). Social Security regulations normally cap legal fees at $6,000 in total in any case, but there are some exceptions to this maximum. There is no fee to us for amounts that are not yet due, and we are not owed any fee if compensation is not awarded.
